- Owner's Comments : Motors completely up to date with regard to revisions and in impeccable condition. The boat is very little used each year and these engines have in front of them many hours of operation if we consider that the first cycle of vida of these engines is more than 4000 hours.

History:
This yacht, built by the prestigious and legendary RIVA shipyard, is hull number 8 out of 22 units of the DOLCEVITA model ever constructed. In September 1999, it received its first navigation certificate and was delivered to its original owner.
In August 2003, it was acquired by its current owner, also Spanish, with only 180 hours of operation. That same September, the new owner took it back to the RIVA shipyard for a complete refit and significant upgrades. These renovations were completed in April 2005, and since then, the yacht has been meticulously maintained and continuously serviced.

Layout:The yacht features four cabins, each with its own en-suite bathroom, including one for the crew. It is certified for 12 passengers.
EXTERIOR AMENITIES:
Spacious flybridge with a second helm station, a built-in cabinet with an inox barbecue and sink, an L-shaped central seating area with a triangular table, and a sunbathing area.
Aft deck with a fixed table, sofa, and chairs, providing access to the engine room and transom, where the tender is stored on a large swim platform.
